Welcome to the Christy Celeste State Farm Agency in New Berlin, Wisconsin! I bring 23 years of State Farm experience to our office, including experience as a team member before becoming a State Farm Agent in 2012.

🤝 From State Farm Intern to Agency Owner: Meet Christy Celeste

My State Farm career began 23 years ago as an intern with an agency in Racine. From there, I moved into customer acquisition and eventually became the office manager, while continuing to work directly with customers. I spent eight years as a State Farm team member before opening my own agency in New Berlin and becoming a State Farm Agent in 2012.

That progression gave me experience with different parts of the agency environment before I became an agent myself. Today, I bring that perspective to the way our New Berlin team works with customers: listen first, understand what brought someone to us, and explain available options in terms that are easier to understand.

Experience runs throughout our office. Together, our team brings 66 years of combined insurance experience. Eve brings 30 years of experience, Rhonda brings 10 years, Nathan brings three years, and I bring 23 years. That depth of experience gives customers access to a team with different perspectives and years spent helping people navigate insurance questions.

I am also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. I grew up on a farm, and today my husband Marco and I are raising our young son.

Whether someone is contacting us for the first time or returning with a question after something in life has changed, we want our office to feel like a place where questions are welcome and conversations are straightforward.

🤝 Service Has Deep Roots: Community Involvement Across Southeast Wisconsin

Community service has been part of my life for decades. I have been involved with Union Grove Kiwanis for more than 20 years, previously serving as President and Vice President and helping lead new member efforts. I continue to volunteer at nearly every Kiwanis event I can.

My involvement also extends to my church, where I run Sunday School, and to my son's school, where I volunteer. I previously served on the board of a local daycare and currently serve as President of the Parkland Plaza Condo Association.

Our New Berlin office is also a member of the New Berlin Chamber of Commerce. Together, these connections have given me opportunities to work alongside families, businesses, volunteers, and community organizations in different parts of Southeast Wisconsin.

That regional perspective reflects the customers our office serves. From New Berlin and Waukesha County to the greater Milwaukee area and communities farther south toward Racine County, our team works with people whose households, commutes, businesses, and insurance needs can look very different.
