"She always ensures that our policies reflect our lives. My favorite part is that she will answer questions via text because I don't always have the opportunity to answer the phone. Claims are worked on in a timely manner to ensure that I can get back on the road."

Anyone who has ever had the privilege to speak with Christy and is lucky to have her as an insurance agent, I believe would agree with me that she is one of the best insurance agents in the business. Christy has always taken the time to explain to me any insurance policies in as much detail, provided all info I was interested to know about and was happy to educate me on subject I lack knowledge in. It is always a privilege and pleasure to speak with Christy, regardless of the reason why I am calling. Christy has always gone above and beyond my expectations and continues to educate me anytime I have a question about any insurance needs. Christy is very knowledgeable with any insurance policies I have ever had questions about and extremely pleasant person to speak with. She always takes time to make sure everything is done correctly the first time and is done on time to avoid any insurance lapses. Although,I am not the only client Christy has, I feel I am the most important client of hers, anytime I have the pleasure to speak with Christy. I feel very fortunate and extremely lucky to have, in my personal opinion, the best insurance agent in the business. I have been with State Farm Insurance for 25+ years now. Realistically, I have truly been 100% satisfied with Christy and her team, since the first day she became my second and current State Farm insurance agent (after my first, previous insurance agent retired). I honestly hope Christy will continue to choose to be my insurance agent and provide exceptional customer service, that has been difficult to find these days in any profession. I am extremely grateful to have an amazing, knowledgeable, professional, over the top friendly, respectful and most of all, the human touch insurance agent, that no AI will ever be able to match.
